Top notch experience! I was in Margaret River for a wedding, and didnt know much about the area. Sean could not have been any more professional, kind, more organized, or packed any more fun into this tour!! The adventure felt like it was matched to the ability/interest of the (small) group, and we had several one-of-a-kind experiences that never felt like routine. I cant recommend this tour enough. Seans enthusiasm and knowledge about nature, Australian culture, and the wine industry are infectious!
Had an amazing time with Sean on this tour. I think the canoeing on the river was the highlight for me, but the 4x4 drive into the remote cliffs on the Cape Trail was also epic! Really enjoyed the food and wine part of the day and it was a great insight into how the wine of the region is made and what makes it so good. Sean is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and great company. Don't miss it!
From the morning canoeing, to the wine tasting at lunch, to the off-roading in the afternoon to get to the cape to cape walk,... the entire day was planned to perfection! You really get a taste of everything Margaret River has to offer. Sean, you were an amazing guide and couldnt recommend a day of discovery with you more!
The tour with Sean was one of the best we had during our whole trip through Australia. The Discovery Tour offered a very nice mix of activities to explore the Margaret River region and Sean - who is an incredibly dedicated host - made this a really great experience!
A highlight of my trip to WA - I didn't want the experience to end. It felt like a good friend had taken care of organising the best day out with a small group of friends with loads of thoughtful touches. A peaceful canoe on the Margaret River, great coffee from a beach cafe, a delicious lunch with wine tasting surrounded by barrels of wine, wildlife spotting, a coastal walk, heli spotting, local history and stories..I also loved the pace of the trip - there's time to take everything in and appreciate your surroundings. Sean goes out of his way to make sure you're having the best time on the tour and in the Margaret River region with that awesome genuine Aussie hospitality. It's obvious he loves what he does - which is why he's so good at it.
