without a doubt the rudest customer service when just collecting a package. made me feel like i was inconveniencing her when she just had to do her job.
without a doubt the worst customer service in the whole town. on any given day 4 out of 5 staff are surly, curt and unhelpful. i wish there was some cultural change at this work place.
