The Willow Grill at Stay Margaret River surprised us with the quality of the meals, both breakfast and dinner. The chef is to be commended for getting the cooking time absolutely right for the steaks and chicken we ordered, as well as the Barramundi. Often these can be over cooked but were treated with great respect by the chef.The staff in the restaurant were attentive, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We were impressed with the girl from Argentina and the new staff member. Both these girls, as well as reasonable prices, ensured we returned to this restaurant on our second night. Beautiful garden and spacious room. The motel has many facilities suitable for children. My son enjoyed their mini golf and playground.
Very nice retreat close to Margaret River village. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Knowledgeable if you want a local wine experience. Highly recommended.
