Terry is trustworthy and thorough. He is so honest and when you trust your car and safety with him then that is what you want!
If you are taking a vehicle to O'Neill for license inspection I suggest you don't. He goes to extraordinary lengths to fault your vehicle, and hence fail. He will not take into consideration "fair wear and tear" and searches for the most minor fault such as small faults in upholstery. Nobody can understand why he continues to do this inspection work unless it is to wield bureaucratic power over the public. My suggestion is drive to Bunbury and have your vehicle inspected
